Sales Manager – Retail, B2B & E‑commerce

About the role

Neboer lifestyle is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its retail, corporate (B2B) and e‑commerce sales operations in Kathmandu. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team KPIs.
• Manage retail, corporate (B2B) and e‑commerce sales channels to maximise performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends and competitor activities.
• Oversee product performance on e‑commerce platforms and optimise online sales strategies.
• Create, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Analyse sales data and campaign performance to improve profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business analyses for management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Creative teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and campaign execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
