Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

UX‑Qode is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative to join its Kathmandu office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will drive new business acquisition, nurture client relationships, and promote the company’s software solutions to both prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals and cold‑calling.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations and demos, and follow up to move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and other sales documents in coordination with internal teams.
• Support marketing campaigns, create and update sales collateral, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities and performance metrics in a CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and gather market feedback.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Organised with good time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic CRM tools.
• Experience using email and presentation software.
