Sales Officer – Channel Partner Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to drive our channel partner network in Nepal. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with dealers, resellers and retailers, while expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, resellers, retailers and other channel partners.
• Identify, onboard and grow new dealers and business partners to increase market reach.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Visit dealers and customers regularly to understand requirements and uncover new business opportunities.
• Present product information, pricing, schemes, promotions and business opportunities to partners.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders and sales opportunities.
• Support partners in increasing their sales and acquiring new customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer demands, and share insights with management.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships.
• Participate in dealer meetings, product launches, exhibitions, training programs and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular sales, market visit and business development reports.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development or channel partner management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel regularly to dealer locations.
