Sales Officer – Inbound Tour & Correspondence

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Officer to manage inbound tour sales and client correspondence. The role involves creating customized travel packages, handling MICE tours, and ensuring seamless communication with partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with hotels, travel partners and suppliers.
• Design and customise tour products for international market segments.
• Create bespoke itineraries that match client preferences.
• Independently manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) tours.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to deliver high‑quality service.
• Prepare sales reports and support achievement of sales targets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound tour sales or correspondence.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive attitude.
• Organised, punctual and systematic in task management.
• Good knowledge of regional and international destinations such as Tibet, Bhutan, India, etc.
