Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive the acquisition and growth of agents and merchants for Nepal Digital Payments Company Limited. This is an officer‑level position focused on expanding the fintech services network across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential agents/merchants to generate new sales opportunities.
• Convert leads into sustainable sales and increase channel sales volume.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agents/merchants, providing regular coaching and business guidance.
• Align sales activities with the overall business strategy and provide market feedback to management.
• Organise and conduct agent/merchant meetings to present product information and growth benefits.
• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports.
• Research the assigned territory, analyse competitor presence, and recommend actions to capture market share.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate NDPC products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in fintech services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
