Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive sales and expand the customer base for internet services across the assigned regions in Nepal. You will identify potential clients, build lasting relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate and SME customers for internet services.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Communicate product features, pricing, and promotions effectively.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and technical team to align strategies and ensure smooth service installation and onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the ISP or telecom sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑orientation and ability to handle objections professionally.
• Passion for achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
