Sales Officer – Premium Kitchen Appliances

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive sales of premium kitchen and home appliances across Kathmandu, building strong relationships with dealers, retailers and end‑customers. You will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets while representing a globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and retail partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and retail staff.
• Visit showrooms, retail outlets and project sites to promote products.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing and after‑sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances or electronics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Valid two‑wheeler licence and own vehicle preferred for field visits.
• Fluency in Nepali and English.
