Sales Representative – Consumer Business (Birgunj)

About the role

Ncell is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive channel sales and distribution across Birgunj and other regions in Nepal. You will be responsible for executing growth strategies, managing key performance indicators, and ensuring product availability in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales growth strategies to maximize distribution, outlet coverage and sales productivity.
• Drive and manage S&D KPIs, channel performance, stock availability, product awareness and promotions.
• Monitor sales planning and performance for SIM cards, recharge cards and e‑recharge distribution at micro‑market level.
• Prepare daily reports and dashboards on sales and distribution effectiveness.
• Analyze micro‑market trends on KPIs such as RGB, gross addition, revenue, refill, data usage and digital adoption.
• Identify market and distribution issues, propose corrective actions and ensure timely project completion.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to meet yearly business targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and lead performance meetings with business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management with at least 3 years of experience in telecommunications or strategic planning, or a Master’s/Professional degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution techniques, preferably in FMCG or telecom sectors.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional units and foster teamwork.
