Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

Arya Pharma is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to promote its pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across multiple territories in Nepal. The role involves building relationships with stockists, chemists and hospitals while ensuring product availability and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and maintain strong relationships with assigned stockists and chemists.
• Generate secondary sales by ensuring product availability and promoting company brands.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Collect orders from stockists and chemists and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure proper product visibility and implement promotional activities at chemist shops.
• Coordinate with stockists to maintain adequate inventory and uninterrupted supply.
• Submit daily call reports, tour plans, expense statements, and other required reports on time.
• Travel within the assigned headquarters and surrounding territories as required.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
