Sales Staff – Automotive Solutions

About the role

Spark Automotives is seeking a motivated Sales Staff member to join its Kathmandu showroom and field team. You will interact directly with commercial and industrial clients, understand their vehicle and equipment needs, and recommend suitable solutions from our portfolio of leading global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and follow up on leads both in the showroom and on-site.
• Prepare accurate quotations and sales documentation.
• Coordinate test drives, product demonstrations, and client visits.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across commercial vehicles, equipment, and related solutions.
• Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding professional standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with experience in lead generation and closing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly.
• Basic business and administrative competence, including quotation preparation and record keeping.
• Interest or knowledge in automotive and commercial vehicles, with willingness to learn product specifics.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple prospects.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; prior automotive/equipment sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and travel locally for client visits.
• Demonstrated integrity and strong work ethic.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and quotation preparation.
