Salesperson – Ready-Mix Concrete & Construction Materials

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Salesperson to promote and sell ready‑mix concrete and construction materials. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell ready‑mix concrete and construction materials.
• Identify and develop new customers in the construction sector.
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and project owners.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders and payments.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
