Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will lead all accounting activities for Prettyclick Cosmetics, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and effective cash management within a fast‑moving sales and distribution environment. This hands‑on role supports management with financial analysis and maintains strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete accounting records, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, approve supplier payments, and manage aging reports to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, ensure compliance with all tax regulations, and coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
• Manage daily cash flow, conduct bank reconciliations, forecast liquidity needs, and implement cash control procedures.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconcile stock movements, support periodic stock counts, and analyze inventory‑related costs.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls, prepare audit schedules, and support internal and external audit processes.
• Supervise junior accounting staff, review their work for accuracy, and contribute to improving accounting processes.
