Senior AI Technical Lead

About the role

Genese Solutions is looking for a Senior AI Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of AI‑powered products. The role blends hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring that complex multi‑agent AI systems are built on scalable, secure cloud architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of AI/ML applications.
• Own overall architecture, guaranteeing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Build and enhance multi‑agent AI systems using modern LLM technologies.
• Work with LLMs, embedding models, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams and resolve technical blockers.
• Conduct technical reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and drive code quality.
• Design and optimise AI pipelines with Python, LangChain, and Pydantic.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS using cloud‑native architectures.
• Engineer and refine prompts to improve model performance while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full‑stack development expertise.
• 4+ years of hands‑on AI/ML or Generative AI development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical teams on complex software projects.
• Ability to mentor engineers and support their technical growth.
