Senior Client Service Manager – Advertising Agency

About the role

The Senior Client Service Manager will act as the primary liaison for key advertising accounts, ensuring client needs are captured and transformed into effective marketing solutions. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with creative, media and production teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture multiple client accounts as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate with internal creative, media, and production teams to develop proposals and campaign concepts.
• Prepare and present client proposals, oversee timelines, and ensure deliverables meet agreed objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals and provide regular reporting.
• Handle day‑to‑day client queries, track budgets, and support billing and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Contribute to new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and account records.

Required profile

• Strong client services and customer service background with experience managing multiple accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of building trust, handling feedback constructively, and sustaining long‑term client relationships.
• Working knowledge of finance related to client servicing (budgeting, cost estimates, invoicing, basic financial tracking).
• Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency, preferably in a senior client service or account management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels and an understanding of brand strategy and campaign management.
