Senior Finance Assistant

About the role

Join Hybrid as a Senior Finance Assistant, taking ownership of key financial operations, working with global teams and helping shape processes as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day management of Hybrid Financial Operations (Accounts Payable & Receivable) with a local team of 2 and broader US accounting function.
• Lead and coach the team on best practices.
• Daily approvals of invoices and payments within NetSuite ERP.
• Weekly reconciliations of invoices to media plans and provision of purchase orders.
• Support the financial controller in managing risk across FinOps and provide weekly reporting on key financial metrics.
• Assist with month‑end, year‑end activities and the annual statutory audit.
• Support the wider finance team with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or transactional support services.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with finance and CRM systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask with a positive approach.
• Enthusiasm for a growing company in a rapidly changing digital media market.
• Initiative to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
