Senior Finance Executive

About the role

Uptrendly Media is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to oversee daily financial operations and reinforce financial discipline as the company scales. You will collaborate with management, operations, clients and vendors to keep accounts, cash flow, reporting, billing and compliance in order.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Handle client invoicing, receivables, payables and collections tracking.
• Maintain accurate books, bank reconciliations and financial records.
• Track campaign budgets, creator payouts and campaign profitability.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash‑flow and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Monitor expenses, identify leakages and improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely tax, statutory and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Build and improve financial processes and controls as the business grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• CA/ACCA qualification or partial progress is a plus.
