Senior Finance Officer

About the role
We are seeking a capable and analytical Senior Finance Officer to join our finance team in Kathmandu. The role involves analysing financial data, coordinating with various teams, maintaining reporting standards and delivering insightful financial analysis to support management decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly financial and management reports.
- Coordinate with finance teams of branches to ensure accurate, timely, and standardized financial reporting.
- Prepare and review profit & loss, balance sheet, revenue, expense, cash flow and other financial reports.
- Analyse financial performance, cost trends, profitability and budget vs actual results.
- Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting formats, templates and processes.
- Review financial information, identify discrepancies and variances, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Provide financial analysis and business insights to support management decision‑making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and other management reporting requirements.
