Lending Specialist – Australian Commercial Finance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Lending Specialist to support our Australian finance broking business from our Nepal‑based team. You will work closely with brokers, clients and lenders to manage loan applications from initial inquiry through to approval.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Australian Commercial Finance brokers in preparing and processing loan applications.
• Conduct client consultations, collect and verify documentation such as ABN, bank statements and ID.
• Enter and manage applications in broker CRMs (e.g., Zoho) and coordinate with lenders for status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in line with compliance requirements and handle the end‑to‑end process until deal settlement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, specifically in lending.
• Excellent spoken and written English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an offshore team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho or HubSpot.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical abilities.
