About the role
The Deputy Technical Associate will support the audit and administrative functions of the organization, focusing on workshop operations and internal audit processes. This position requires a strong understanding of audit procedures, workshop norms, and financial documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Audit In-charge in collecting information, preparing audit plans, and performing audit tests.
- Maintain and organize work papers, audit evidence, and reports on a daily basis.
- Support daily workshop operations, including workflow coordination, record keeping, and ERP data updates.
- Prepare financial records, invoices, expense reports, and inventory tracking documents.
- Coordinate with technicians, workshop staff, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Required profile
- ACCA candidate with pending articleship.
- Knowledge of workshop norms, procedures, and management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
