Senior Full‑Stack Developer – React Native & Python

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack developer with deep React Native expertise to join a fast‑moving product team. You will bridge newly designed mobile screens with an existing Python and AWS backend, while also contributing to backend work, third‑party integrations, and overall product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate React Native screens with the Python/AWS backend and ensure end‑to‑end mobile functionality.
• Identify and close integration gaps such as missing APIs, backend fields, or supporting services.
• Apply strong UX judgement to refine UI elements, spacing, alignment, and layout.
• Support integrations with payment providers, financial services, and KYC/AML platforms (e.g., Persona).
• Maintain mobile‑first architecture, debugging, and feature delivery across the stack.
• Track work in Jira, Trello or similar tools and keep documentation up to date.
• Participate in stand‑ups, sprint check‑ins, and communicate progress and blockers.
• Work autonomously, taking ownership of technical delivery and quality.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience with React Native and multiple production mobile apps.
• Solid background in Python backend development and REST/API integration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and environments.
• Experience in fintech, wealth‑management or related financial‑technology products.
• Proven ability to work independently, own delivery, and use AI coding tools to accelerate development.
