Senior HR Officer

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading BPO company in Nepal, is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Officer to lead key HR functions. You will support employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and the development of HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and confidential issues.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and other HR‑related records.
• Assist with performance management and employee evaluations.
• Organize training and development programs based on needs.
• Prepare HR, recruitment, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Provide guidance to employees and department heads on HR matters.
• Supervise and support junior HR team members as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
• Familiarity with Nepal labor laws is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
