Senior HR Officer – Talent Acquisition & Operations

About the role

The Senior HR Officer will lead the full spectrum of HR activities, from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, resignations, and final settlements.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and prepare all HR documentation (contracts, letters, warnings, etc.).
• Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs and validate monthly payroll data.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conduct exit interviews.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyse weekly/monthly HR reports, recruitment effectiveness, turnover trends and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, process improvement and HR analytics.
• Excellent coordination, analytical ability and confidence to manage multiple HR functions independently.
