About the role
The Senior Human Resources Officer will lead the HR function for a leading LPG and natural gas company in Kathmandu. This role focuses on strategic talent management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance appraisal systems, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with Nepalese labor laws and company standards.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and payroll oversight.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of Nepalese labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
