Senior Marketing Officer – Construction Materials

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for CMS Group’s construction material and building solutions portfolio. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time position works closely with sales, internal teams and external partners to boost brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage the company’s social media presence and digital assets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain brand positioning, create marketing collateral and content.
• Organise events, exhibitions, training programmes and other promotional activities.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Supervise a Marketing Assistant in preparing quotations, specifications and documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within construction or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset with commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.
• Own a two‑wheeler for local travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience with CRM software.
