Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. This role manages day‑to‑day marketing operations, mentors junior staff, and collaborates closely with sales and senior management to ensure alignment with company objectives and measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to shape positioning and messaging.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital and traditional channels, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Maintain brand identity, oversee creation of collateral, website content, case studies, and promotional materials.
• Lead social media strategy, manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate marketing officers, associates, and interns.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, manage the marketing budget, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive marketing experience with end‑to‑end campaign ownership.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or coordinating a small marketing team.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and measurable KPIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
