Senior Outbound & International Tour Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Outbound & International Tour Officer to lead the planning and sale of outbound and international travel packages for our customers. The role involves close interaction with clients to understand their travel aspirations and delivering tailored tour solutions. You will work closely with tour operators and internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell international tour packages to prospective clients.
• Gather client preferences, budget, and travel requirements to recommend suitable itineraries.
• Design and develop customized international tour packages, including detailed itineraries.
• Coordinate with tour operators and service providers to arrange outbound tours.
• Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and required documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operational delivery.
