Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead vendor relationships, sourcing and purchasing activities across IT assets, marketing materials and company merchandise. The role will ensure cost‑effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare proposals and recommend suitable vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery timelines and commercial terms.
• Procure goods and services cost‑effectively while upholding quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate procurement, pricing, supplier and payment records.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
• Support procurement planning and cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or vendor management.
• Proven experience procuring IT assets, marketing materials and company merchandise.
• Background in the FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and deadlines.
