Senior Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

ByaparHouse is building a technology‑driven marketplace that connects suppliers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, restaurants and service providers with customers. As the first core Sales & Business Development leader, you will create and grow the commercial network from the ground up, working directly with the CEO/Founder.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and acquire vendors across multiple categories, building a strong prospect pipeline through cold calls, outreach and field visits.
• Negotiate partnership terms, onboard new businesses and guide them through activation to first transaction.
• Visit commercial areas across Kathmandu Valley, develop relationships with decision‑makers and represent ByaparHouse professionally in the market.
• Explore new market segments, devise acquisition strategies for high‑value suppliers and forge strategic partnerships with wholesalers and distributors.
• Drive revenue by moving vendors through the full sales cycle: prospect → contact → meeting → onboarding → activation → repeat transactions.

Required profile

• Ambitious, energetic and commercially intelligent hunter who can create opportunities from zero.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently, travel across Kathmandu Valley and manage the entire sales process.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and persistence.
