About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, and lead generation.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to corporate and individual clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client base.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
