Senior Sales Officer – Cosmetics Division

About the role

We are seeking a result‑oriented Senior Sales Officer to lead our Cosmetics Division in Kathmandu Valley. The role combines distributor management, field team leadership, and market development to drive growth in the cosmetics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and monitor a field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Manage distributor operations including order planning, stock control, payment follow‑up and secondary sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, beauty parlours, pharmacies and modern trade outlets.
• Expand the distribution and retail network across Kathmandu Valley.
• Plan and execute market activities such as promotions, retailer schemes, visibility programs and sampling.
• Identify new business opportunities and devise strategies to increase product penetration.
• Track competitor actions, pricing, new launches and market trends, providing regular feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales and market reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and promotional execution.
• Address market issues independently and make quick, practical decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics sales with strong market connections.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a field sales team.
• Independent thinker capable of spotting opportunities and taking ownership of business growth.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across Kathmandu Valley.
