About the role
The Senior Sales Officer will drive business growth for a manufacturing company operating in Bharatpur, Chitwan. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets within the manufacturing sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- 3–4 years of proven experience as a sales officer in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals.
