Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience to lead end‑to‑end SEO, ASO, and AI Search Optimization across multiple digital properties. You will shape organic growth strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and own measurable traffic and conversion targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, ASO, and AI Search Optimization strategies for several websites and apps.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent mapping, and opportunity identification.
• Optimize on‑page elements, site architecture, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and landing pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript, SSR/SSG issues.
• Design and manage off‑page link‑building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Oversee local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Lead App Store Optimization for Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Implement AI Search Optimization for platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI.
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure E‑E‑A‑T compliance and AI‑ready content.
• Monitor performance via Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, and SEO tools; produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record of organic growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working with custom‑coded, non‑CMS sites built on JavaScript frameworks.
