About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day management of our social channels. The role involves planning, publishing and monitoring content, engaging with our online community, and collaborating with marketing, design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish social media content.
• Maintain an organized social media content calendar.
• Ensure posts are published accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication across channels.
• Assist in planning social media content and coordinating requirements with relevant teams.
• Prepare captions, posts, stories, reels and other social content.
• Assist with content shoots and related activities when required.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions, providing timely responses.
• Engage with online audiences professionally and identify recurring questions or feedback.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform developments and competitor activities.
• Research relevant content ideas, formats and trending topics.
• Monitor basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach and views.
• Identify high‑performing content and support preparation of performance updates.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, content and other teams, communicating requirements and timelines clearly.
• Follow up on pending creatives and ensure social media activities meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with a strong interest in digital trends, branding and audience engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working across various social media platforms.
