Social Media Growth Specialist (Content & Short-Form Video)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Growth Specialist to build and launch our client’s social media presence from the ground up. Working closely with a business partner who supplies raw video footage, you will handle video editing, daily content scheduling, community engagement, and basic email support.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage and create short‑form reels for publishing across major social platforms.
• Schedule and post daily content, optimizing for platform algorithms and peak engagement times.
• Manage community interaction by responding to comments, messages, and incoming leads.
• Conduct competitor and industry research to inform strategy and spot emerging trends.
• Perform monthly analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and adjust tactics.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, including troubleshooting access issues and manually granting product access.
• Collaborate with the on‑camera content partner and identify potential influencer collaborations in the crafting niche.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Ability to edit short‑form video content to a professional standard.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hashtag strategy, and aesthetic page curation.
• Excellent written communication with a friendly, professional tone.
• Proactive mindset, capable of leveraging AI tools for research and efficiency.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
