Social Media Handler

About the role

Dynamic Media Nepal is seeking a proactive Social Media Handler to join its Kathmandu team in a hybrid setting. You will be responsible for driving the brand’s online presence across major platforms, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Monitor comments, messages and mentions, responding promptly to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design integrated campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports and recommend optimisation strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends and best practices, proposing new ideas to expand reach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong written English; Nepali language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple pages.
• Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or related field is beneficial.

Required skills

• Management of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Use of native or third‑party scheduling tools.
• Basic visual storytelling using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Social media analytics and reporting.
