Software Developer - Integration

About the role

The role sits within the Software Development team and is part of Service Delivery, providing support, consultative services, software development and integration solutions. The Software Developer will focus on building and enhancing integrations with third‑party providers and improving the customer onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and develop integration‑focused software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Web APIs, service libraries and .NET Core APIs.
• Perform impact analysis, estimate effort, and conduct code reviews for peer developers.
• Resolve bugs and incidents within SLA, ensuring customisations align with development standards.
• Conduct thorough testing, work with QA teams, and document bug fixes and improvements.

• Team player who can also work independently and manage time effectively.
