Software Engineer (.NET) – Backend & Full‑Stack

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team, focusing on backend and full‑stack development with C# and ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory. The role involves collaborating with AI coding agents and frontier LLMs to design, build, and maintain applications and data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications in C# and ASP.NET MVC, working alongside AI coding agents to plan, write, and refactor code.
• Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures, using agents to accelerate analysis and tuning.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines in Azure Data Factory, employing agentic workflows for building, testing, and troubleshooting data flows.
• Direct frontier LLMs (e.g., Claude) in agentic development tools to deliver features, debug issues, and write tests, reviewing all agent‑generated output before release.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory.

Required skills

• C# and ASP.NET MVC development.
• SQL Server database design, queries, and stored procedures.
• Azure Data Factory for ETL operations.
• Experience with frontier large language models (Claude, GPT) and AI coding tools such as Windsurf.
• Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
