Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Spa Therapist to join Fortune Resort & Wellness Spa in Bhaktapur, Nepal. The successful candidate will deliver a range of professional spa treatments while ensuring a calm, safe and relaxing environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facials, massages, body therapies, manicures and pedicures in line with resort standards.
• Welcome guests, assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and hygiene protocols.
• Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with the resort team.
• Uphold cultural sensitivity and high‑quality guest experiences.

Required profile

• Relevant certification or training in spa therapy, massage or cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated skills in spa treatments, facials and basic hand‑foot care.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication and teamwork within a diverse environment.
