Sr. Executive Credit Control

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Credit Control to manage customer credit, ensure timely collections and protect cash flow. The role sits at the intersection of finance and logistics, supporting our fast‑moving transportation business.

Key responsibilities

• Track outstanding receivables, maintain aging reports and follow up with clients to secure timely payments.
• Identify high‑risk accounts, escalate issues, and implement strategies to minimise bad debts and write‑offs.
• Resolve billing disputes, maintain strong relationships with key customers and act as a bridge between finance, sales and operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly receivable reports, provide insights on collection performance and support audit and compliance activities.
• Suggest and support improvements, automation and digitisation of credit control processes while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable or related finance functions.
• Self‑motivated professional with strong communication, client‑servicing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced logistics and transportation environment.
