Store Representative – Retail Sales (3 Vacancies)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Store Representatives to join our retail team in Baneshwor, Maharajgung and Bhanimandal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and driving sales in a fast‑moving store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and actively upsell or cross‑sell.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked product displays and ensure shelves are organized.
• Process billing, invoicing and cash/QR transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and maintain sales records.
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability.
• Support promotional activities, in‑store events and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum education: +2 (Intermediate) or Bachelor’s degree; retail experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (optional but advantageous).
• Honest, punctual, disciplined and presentable.
• Team player with a positive attitude, able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge, especially POS and billing systems.
• Familiarity with digital payment methods such as QR codes and mobile banking.
