Supervisor / Store Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Supervisor / Store Assistant to support our construction and infrastructure projects. The role combines on‑site coordination with store and inventory management to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise ongoing construction activities, coordinating skilled and unskilled manpower.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and resources required for construction.
• Maintain daily site records, prepare progress reports and liaise with engineers, contractors and suppliers.
• Manage end‑to‑end store operations: receive, inspect, store and issue construction materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using MS Excel or ERP systems, prepare Goods Receipt Notes and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support, maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and able to work independently on a construction site.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site coordination or store/inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with project engineers, contractors and suppliers.
