Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver enterprise‑level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, guide installations, and ensure smooth operation of client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
• Assist customers with installing applications and programs.
• Resolve network connectivity issues and configure operating systems.
• Provide immediate support via remote desktop connections.
• Respond to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Prepare clear written instructions and technical manuals for complex issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Linux) are a plus.
• Strong desire to help users and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
