Telehealth Nurses for US-Based Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking qualified and compassionate nurses to provide virtual nursing support to elderly and chronically ill patients in the United States from our Nepal office. The position operates on a night shift aligned with US business hours and requires on‑site presence in Kumaripati, Lalitpur.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients’ vital signs and health metrics remotely via digital monitoring systems.
• Provide daily medication, exercise, hydration, and appointment reminders.
• Operate multiple software applications and dashboards concurrently, switching between tabs and windows efficiently.
• Document and update patient information accurately in EMR/telehealth systems.
• Communicate compassionately with elderly patients via phone or video calls to ensure compliance.
• Identify abnormal readings or health risks and promptly escalate to the supervising nurse or medical team abroad.
• Collaborate with the international telehealth team to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and company data protection standards.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license (Registered Nurse or equivalent recognized in Nepal).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, home care, or elderly patient management.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Comfortable handling multiple digital workflows without compromising accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Experience using telehealth software platforms.
• Familiarity with patient monitoring tools and devices.
• Advanced computer skills for managing multi‑tab and multi‑window environments.
