About the role
We are looking for a motivated, customer‑oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales / Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inquiries, promoting offers, and supporting customer retention through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, live chat and other assigned channels.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to promote products, campaigns, bonuses and special offers.
- Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, promotions and basic system issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and monitor pending cases.
- Escalate payment, account or technical issues to the appropriate department and track feedback until resolution.
