Ticketing Officer

About the role

Thamserku Travel is looking for a detail‑oriented Ticketing Officer to handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, visa assistance and travel documentation for its clients. The role demands strong communication, accuracy and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced travel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations and changes while providing clients with accurate fares, schedules and seat availability.
• Guide clients through visa requirements, collect and verify documents, and liaise with embassies, consulates and visa agencies.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text or in person and keep them updated on travel requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records, client databases and itineraries.
• Resolve minor client issues and promptly escalate serious cases, visa rejections or urgent problems to the supervisor.
• Stay current on visa policies, entry requirements and airline regulations, and support the supervisor with trip summaries and reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication and client‑handling skills.
• Good knowledge of international travel requirements and hands‑on experience with ticketing and GDS systems.
• High level of accuracy, teamwork orientation and flexibility to work varied hours.
