Tour and Ticketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Tour and Ticketing Officer to manage airline reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, and outbound travel‑related ticketing operations for both domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international airline ticket reservations, issuance, rebooking, cancellations, refunds and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate fare quotations, travel information, baggage policies and visa‑related guidance to clients.
• Maintain precise booking records and customer data while resolving ticketing queries professionally.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages, preparing itineraries and quotations based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and travel partners, managing bookings, confirmations, modifications and cancellations.
• Collaborate with sales and holiday teams to ensure smooth travel operations.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in airline reservations and international travel bookings.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
