Ticketing Officer (Travel & Aviation)

About the role

The Ticketing Officer will join a leading travel provider in Kathmandu, handling both international and domestic flight reservations. You will ensure smooth ticketing operations while delivering high‑quality service to corporate and leisure travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic flight bookings.
• Issue, re‑issue, and cancel airline tickets efficiently.
• Process refunds and manage booking changes.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
• Provide accurate fare information and travel advice.
• Maintain booking records and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare tax invoices and daily sales reports.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Strong experience in international and domestic ticketing.
• Hands‑on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Good command of English and Nepali (spoken and written).
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, reservation systems, and online booking portals.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
