About the role
We are seeking a friendly and responsible Tour Officer to welcome and assist our guests arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. The role involves greeting clients, coordinating with drivers and the operations team, and ensuring a smooth transfer to their hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist arriving clients at the airport.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to arrange transfers.
- Escort clients safely to their designated vehicle.
- Provide basic information and assistance to guests.
- Remain on‑site during assigned working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Good command of English.
- Availability to work from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible shifts.
- Ability to work closely with drivers and the operations team.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guest services is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
