UK Counsellor

About the role

EduHub Global Sydney is seeking a UK Counsellor to join its team in Baneshwor. The role involves advising prospective students on study opportunities in the United Kingdom, guiding them through course selection, university applications and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑to‑one counselling sessions with students interested in UK higher education.
• Answer inquiries via email and phone, providing clear information on courses, universities and admission requirements.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting application documents and visa paperwork.
• Organise and present information sessions and outreach events.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams and UK partner institutions to stay current on policies and programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Management or a related field.
• Strong counselling and advisory abilities with a student‑centred approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation and professional email etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases and work reliably in a full‑time onsite environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to inclusive support for diverse students.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM software for record‑keeping and case management.
