US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Intern (4 hrs/day)

About the role

We are seeking motivated interns to support our US IT Bench Sales and recruitment team. This part‑time internship (4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday) offers hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, LinkedIn networking, and business development within the US IT staffing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~2 hours daily applying to relevant US IT job opportunities.
• Use the remaining time to search for candidates, consultants, recruiters, vendors, and staffing contacts on LinkedIn.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other approved recruiting platforms.
• Search LinkedIn for IT consultant hotlists and engage hotlist representatives.
• Build relationships with US IT recruiters, vendors, staffing companies, and consultants.
• Make outbound calls using the company’s existing database and follow up via phone, LinkedIn, and email.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, submissions, responses, and follow‑up activities.
• Support the Bench Sales team with candidate marketing, networking, and lead‑generation activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or current college/university students.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable reaching out to new contacts by phone and LinkedIn.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to learn US IT staffing processes.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience using LinkedIn for research and networking.
